DutchiePuzzels: Refers to the company Dutchiepuzzels, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90071522.
Customer: Any natural person or legal entity who places an order with DutchiePuzzels.
Webshop: The DutchiePuzzels online store, accessible via the website [www.dutchiepuzzels.com].
Products: The goods and/or services offered by DutchiePuzzels in the webshop.
Agreement: The agreement between DutchiePuzzels and the customer regarding the purchase of products.

2. Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the customer and DutchiePuzzels..

3. Orders and Agreements

3.1 An agreement between DutchiePuzzels and the customer is concluded when the customer places an order via the webshop and DutchiePuzzels has confirmed this order.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices in the webshop are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods made available in the webshop.

5. Delivery

5.1 DutchiePuzzels strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but does not guarantee delivery times.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 The customer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving reasons. More information about the right of withdrawal can be found in the returns policy on the webshop.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 DutchiePuzzels guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and are free of defects. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.

8. Liability

8.1 DutchiePuzzels’ liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the webshop, its contents and the products belong to DutchiePuzzels or its licensors.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
10.2 Disputes between DutchiePuzzels and the customer will initially be submitted to the competent court.
